This application does not collect, save, or share any kind of personal data. This application does not track or memorize the user profile.
We ask you to enable your position on the device to help you reach the point of interests promoted by the application.
The application does not register your activity.
Once you reach a point of interest, you will notice that the application will memorize it as a “visited place”. Reaching a specific place of interest will be memorized only on your device and it will not be shared with anyone else.
The access on Bluetooth services is requested to allow the application to receive a signal by small Bluetooth devices (beacon) which are used to identify the point of interests promoted by the application.
Beacons do not have access on internet services and cannot receive any information. Beacons can only transmit a brief code of 32 characters which are rendered by the application.
The application does not acquire and store any personal data.

This Service is owned by the municipality of Cernobbio and the use is bound by the following term of services.
By using any portion of the service, you are agreeing to be bound by and are becoming a party to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms or the privacy policy, do not use the service.
The user is aware that these terms could be modified from time to time and the application may not be always available or could have malfunctions or interruptions.
2.1 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The use of the Service is at your sole risk and responsibility. Neither the municipality of Cernobbio, its affiliates, licensors and distributors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your access or use of the services by you or third parties. The Municipality of Cernobbio does not warrant uninterrupted use or operation of the service or that any data sent by or to you will be accurate, complete, transmitted in uncorrupted form, or transmitted within a reasonable amount of time.
2.2 Right of use
You will have to use the service solely for purposes established and authorized by the laws. You must not directly, or indirectly, cause any damages to the owner of the Service, its employees and any other party involved in the development and maintenance of the application.
2.3 Ownership
This Service employs materials, including, but not limited to the software (images, video, font, text etc.) which are owned by the Municipality of Cernobbio or third parties that allows the Right of Use. Any unauthorized use of resources is forbidden.
